INSPIRATION:

This artwork was inspired by living beside the shores of the hidden gem that is Strangford Lough. Swallows dart cheerfully about the shores, as a gentle summer breeze pushes sailing boats between the many islands. Softly moving clouds let through bursts of sun which light up islands to reveal their fluorescent green.

Memories of time spent outdoors, by the coast and sailing on the water, an expression of a freedom that sailing brings, a freedom that seems to be reflected in the swallows happy dance.
